Everything is handmade by me. Some items are ready made and can be shipped within one day. Others are made to order: Smaller items will be ready within two to three days but please allow extra time for larger pieces to be completed. Please get in touch for specific time frames for certain items.
UK:
Orders between £0 and £49.99 = £6
Orders £50 or over = free!
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders over £100 will be sent via a tracked service and will need to be signed for.
International:
Any customs charges outside of the UK are the responsibility of the buyer. International customers please contact me for a delivery cost to your country before purchasing. :)
Returns:
Please get in touch if you are not happy with your purchase. Refunds accepted on items returned unused and undamaged within 14 days, excluding postage. Return postage is at the buyer's expense. No returns on custom orders.
